Log-in information is not to be shared and each account is to be used by one user.  We use both IP address and pixel tracking to ensure that our content is not shared beyond each individual user's access.

Users of our self-guided online learning platform can state they have received online training from The English Manner but are in no way able to represent themselves, directly or indirectly, as a trainer, licensee, affiliate or representative of The English Manner or its partner businesses.

Where an assessment function or feature is in place, students are expected to participate fully and complete in order to continue or achieve the accreditation.  Assessment must be completed as per the terms of each individual assessment and (for all courses) within the access period.
